Associate Kang Ying Qian

Personal Experience

Ying Qian holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) degree from Multimedia University (MMU) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2025. Upon completion of her pupillage with Messrs How, Ong & Associates, she commenced the professional practice as a legal associate in the firm.

It was during her pupillage that she has the opportunity to work on diverse portfolio of cases, including general litigation which mainly on debt recovery, defamation, will drafting, probate and estate administration, and conveyancing. She continues to handle these areas in her current practice and strives to deepen her expertise in each.

Ying Qian is dedicated to providing practical and effective legal solutions, ensuring that clients receive well-considered advice tailored to their unique circumstances. Her approach combines analytical precision with a keen understanding of legal complexities, allowing her to navigate complex matters with confidence.
